Ginger Shots: A Simple Recipe for Wellness

Ingredients

  • 60g ginger, skin left on

  • 400 ml fresh apple juice

  • ½ lemon, juiced

For optimal flavor and nutritious content, use fresh ginger and lemon juice. Juices purchased from stores could have extra sugars or preservatives.

2. Adjust the Spicy Level:

You may add more juice or less ginger to the shot if it’s too spicy.

Method

1. Cut the ginger into little pieces. cock into a blender with the apple and bomb juice and blitz for many twinkles untilvery smooth.

2. Cover a jug with a very fine sieve.  You could also line a regular sieve with a piece of muslin or a clean, thin tea kerchief. Tip the juice into the sieve and leave it to drain, also press the remaining pulp with the reverse of a spoon until dry. However, twist to squeeze all the juice out, If you’re using a cloth. Pour immediately or strain into a bottle. Will keep me stupefied for over four days. Shake well before serving.
