After Garfield’s unexpected reunion with his long-gone father, ragged alley cat Vic, he and his canine friend Odie are forced from their impeccably pampered lives to join Vic on a parlous pinch.

The world-famous, Monday-hating, lasagna-loving inner cat Garfield (raised by Chris Pratt) is ready to embark on an exciting outdoor excursion. Following an unexpected meeting with his father, the unkempt road cat Vic (raised by Samuel L. Jackson), Garfield and his dog companion Odie are compelled to leave their perfectly manicured lives and accompany Vic in an absurd, high-stakes robbery.

Synopsis

When Garfield is a baby alley cat, he gets abandoned in an alley on a dark and stormy night. spooked, wet, and empty, he follows the scent of commodity succulent to find Jon eating an inelegant, mouthwatering pizza. Jon gives Garfield a bite- which snappily turns into little Garfield swallowing the pizza total! Jon adopts Garfield, and latterly a puppy dog named Odie. They come from a loving family with daily lasagna-eating nights. Garfield loves his pampered life as an inner cat.

One night, while making a night snack of all the leavings in the fridge, Garfield and Odie are abducted by Nolan, a tiny whippet, and Roland, a huge shar pei. The dogs take them to the secret lair of Jinx, a diva show cat and felonious master, Garfield is relieved when Vic shows up to deliver them- only to discover that Vic is the absentee father who long agone abandoned Garfield in the alley.

Jinx and Vic go way back. He twice- -crossed her times agone which landed her in the pound five times. She got her scary canine henchmen to kidnap Garfield and Odie because she knew it would bait Vic to her- and she wants vengeance. Jinx’s demand gave her 1,672 bottles of milk- bone for each day she was in the pound- in 72 hours. However, she’ll sick Roland and Nolan on them, If they fail. To get the milk, Garfield and the gang must pull off an elaborate pinch in a high– security dairy farm.

To get there, they’ve to jump onto a speeding train! When they get to the farm, they start planning and training for the pinch. reticent Garfield learns how to be an out-of-door cat- and he learns to make amends with Vic So they can work as a platoon. Can Garfield and the gang get through all the obstacles in their way including an electric hedge, massive rubbish shredder, and scary security guards to get milk for the evil Jinx? Garfield will do his best- indeed if it means stepping down from his comfortable life and into the big world outside his window.
